Little Mashers updates, workshops and ideas…..
Spring has most definitely sprung and we are certainly enjoying the lovely warmer weather. As we slowly  return to normal, we are gradually accepting and reacting to the change that Covid, Brexit and the general economic downturn has brought and are embracing new ways to function as a small business.

Although we love creating, designing and producing fun products, part of our passion also firmly lies in exploring the best ways to fire the creative responses in kids. Our passion pre Covid was to inspire young people to create. This was not only through our products but through workshops and outreach work. We curated the Fun House Arts festival for two consecutive years and ran a multitude of workshops with galleries, festivals and schools. This was obviously all put on hold whilst we concentrated wholly on our retail during the pandemic.
We are now delighted to announce that we are finally ( and gradually) back on this trail that we feel so passionately about. This summer we are planning a uk tour and want to be involved in as many creative events as possible. Coming up in May/June we are running workshops at the Elderflower fields festival and to celebrate the Queens Jubilee we are running a free one day workshop on the 4th June at the Turner Contemporary Gallery . We have more in the pipeline which are yet to be confirmed. Click on links for details.
We are currently looking for further galleries and creative spaces all over the UK where we can run print workshops and spread the Little Mashers word. If you or someone you know are interested in working with us and fancy us rockin’ up and running a guerilla type workshop then please contact us, we’d love a chance to chat and connect.

On a retail note we were delighted to be featured in The Times – 50 best independent stores in the UK. After a tough two years it was great to see an article championing some really wonderful shops all over the UK. Click the link above to read the whole article and #supportsmall. It really is so important at the moment. On a more local level we have also been nominated for the “Best children’s business in Sussex” award by Muddy Stilettos. You can vote for us ( if you fancy) here, but please get your vote in before the 20th May.

Our new creative stencil kits are going down a storm and we’ve recently introduced our mini stencil starter kits which are great for gifts, parties, gatherings or just for stencilling out that unsightly stain left over from messy eating or play :)))

We are endeavouring to post more regular updates on our blog especially as we move into new ventures. You can sign up to our newsletter where you’ll be first to hear about  events, new products and sales. Until the next time…

Love and thanks for all your wonderful support
