All UK and channel island deliveries are via Royal Mail Tracked 48h service.
European and worldwide deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service. The length of this service varies dependant on your location but typically it can take 5-7 working days from shipping date.

Most of our items come packaged within lovely kraft boxes. We endeavour to use unnecessary non plastic packaging at all times. Our postal bags are all sustainable, carbon neutral, fully recyclable and made from sugar cane.

Payment and returns
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Solo and Paypal.
No we don’t accept purchase orders on our retail site.
Little Mashers offers a “Satisfaction Guarantee”on all purchases. You have up to 14 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. Only those items purchased in the online store may be returned to us. For items ordered from our website, you must ship the item(s) back to us. The address for online returns is listed below.
Our Online store cannot accept returns for items purchased in any third party shops. If you have any problems please contact the shop that you originally bought the merchandise from.
If Little Mashers shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. All items should be returned unworn and with labels intact within 14 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date). You must send returns back by Recorded Delivery to ensure that we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for your purchase.
